("Predikly," "we," "us," or "our") is a technology company specialising in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), Agentic AI, and custom software product development. We are headquartered at 10080 N. Wolfe Rd., Suite SW3-200, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA, with operations in India at 401 Pride House, Ganeshkhind Road, Pune 411016.

This Privacy Policy explains how Predikly collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares your personal information when you visit predikly.com (the "Website"), use our services, engage with our marketing, or interact with us in any other way.

This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with applicable privacy laws including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and other applicable privacy laws in jurisdictions where Predikly operates.

Predikly collects information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third-party sources.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

You may provide personal information to Predikly when you:

  • Fill out a contact form, inquiry form, or request a demo or CXO briefing
  • Subscribe to our newsletter or marketing communications
  • Register to download whitepapers, case studies, platform overviews, or other collateral
  • Submit your resume or apply for a position at Predikly
  • Register for or attend a Predikly webinar, event, or workshop
  • Engage in direct correspondence with us by email, phone, or through the Website
  • Enter into a contract for Predikly services

Predikly combines third-party information with information collected directly only where we have a legitimate basis to do so and in compliance with applicable laws.

Predikly will not use your personal information for purposes that are materially different from those listed above without providing you with prior notice and, where required by law, obtaining your consent.

Note: Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect the functionality of the Predikly Website. Disabling other cookie categories will not prevent you from accessing core Website content.

5.3 Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Predikly's Website does not currently respond to DNT signals in a standardised way. We will update this practice as industry standards and applicable laws develop.

Sharing of Your Information

Predikly does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

6.1 Service Providers and Data Processors

Predikly engages trusted third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf. These providers act as data processors and are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes specified by Predikly. Categories of service providers include:

6.3 Legal and Regulatory Requirements

Predikly may disclose personal information where required or permitted by law, including:

  • To enforce Predikly's Terms of Service or other agreements

6.4 Business Transactions

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of Predikly's assets, your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. We will notify you in advance of any such transfer where required by applicable law.

International Data Transfers

Predikly operates in the United States and India, and your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your country of residence. Data protection laws in these countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Where Predikly transfers personal data from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with transfer restrictions to countries not deemed to provide an adequate level of data protection, Predikly implements appropriate safeguards, including:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): EU Standard Contractual Clauses or UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) as approved by the relevant supervisory authority
  • Adequacy decisions: Transfers to countries recognised by the European Commission or UK ICO as providing adequate protection
  • Binding Corporate Rules: Where applicable to intra-group transfers

Section 08

Data Retention

Predikly retains personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

When personal data is no longer needed, Predikly securely deletes or anonymises it in accordance with our data destruction procedures.

Security

Predikly takes the security of your personal information seriously and implements technical, administrative, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data and the risks involved.

Technical Measures

  • Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) encryption for all data transmitted to and from the Predikly Website
  • Encryption of personal data at rest using industry-standard algorithms
  • Multi-factor authentication for systems that access personal data
  • Regular security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing

Administrative Measures

  • Role-based access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel only

Data Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, Predikly will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach (as required under GDPR) and will notify affected individuals without undue delay where required by applicable law.

While Predikly implements rigorous security measures, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. If you have reason to believe your interaction with Predikly is no longer secure, please notify us immediately at legal@predikly.com.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to your personal information held by Predikly:

Predikly will respond to your request within 30 days (or within the period required by applicable law). We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

  • The right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold
  • The right to delete personal information held by Predikly and its service providers
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information
  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (Predikly does not sell personal information)
  • The right to limit use of sensitive personal information
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising CCPA rights

EEA / UK Residents — Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you are located in the EEA or UK and believe Predikly has not handled your personal data in accordance with applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. A list of EEA supervisory authorities is available at edpb.europa.eu. For the UK, contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Canadian Residents (PIPEDA)

Canadian residents have the right to access and request correction of personal information held by Predikly under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). To make a request, contact Predikly's Legal Team at legal@predikly.com. If your concern is not resolved, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

Section 11

Children's Privacy

Predikly's Website and services are directed at business professionals and enterprises and are not intended for individuals under the age of 16 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Predikly does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If Predikly becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the applicable age threshold, it will take immediate steps to delete such information. If you believe Predikly has collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at legal@predikly.com.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Predikly reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.

For material changes, Predikly will provide notice through one or more of the following means:

  • A prominent notice on the Predikly Website prior to the change taking effect

  • An in-product notification where applicable

Predikly aims to respond to all privacy-related requests within 30 days of receipt. For complex requests, we may extend this period by an additional 60 days and will notify you accordingly. There is no charge for submitting a privacy request unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
